It's helpful to set time aside daily to think about and envision the future you desire - keeping your goals at the top of your mind. Visualization techniques are an amazing way to assist with this. They help focus your mind on what you want most. This can be simply daydreaming - letting your mind wander to all the wonderful places you'd love to be. One of my favorite techniques is creating an inspiring vision board.

A vision board is a powerful tool that will help you clarify, concentrate and maintain focus on the things you want most, while getting you excited about working toward your goals - helping you move forward with more consistent progress. This visual reminder and affirmation of where you want to be often consists of images and words that represent your ambitions.
